人間は音だけで話を聞いているわけではありません。音がうまく聞き取れなかった場合でも前後の言葉からうまくその部分を補います。このことをコンピュータに行わせる場合には言葉と言葉のつながりの情報を教えてやる必要があります。この言葉と言葉のつながりの情報をコンパクトに正確に表現する方法をご紹介いたします。
We can't listen to a conversation based on sound alone. When some words can't
be heard, we estimate the meaning from neighboring words. How can we make the
computer to the same? It needs to be taught about the connections between the
words. We propose here a method that can express this information accurately,
in a compact form.
