日本語には文の一部の要素、特に主語が頻繁に省略されます。これに対して、決定木学習という手法で確率的に主語を補う手法を提案しました。ここでは、日本語の省略を計算機で扱う時の難しさと、それに対して提案した手法を紹介します。
We outline difficulty and a new approach of case ellipsis resolution in Japanese
dialogue. Some parts of a sentence, or a subject in particular, are often omitted
in Japanese dialogue. We propose decision tree and its learning to resolve these
ellipses.
