Abstract:This manual presents users' documentation for FLAIL, the Fact/rule Language
for ATR's Interpreting Telephony Research Laboratories. FLAIL is an inference
engine (or, "expert systems shell") program that allows users to write facts and
rules, and have the system draw inferences to solve problems.
