Abstract:This is a report on an experiment of automatic case analysis in Japanese. Dependency
structures of the ATR travel domain corpus (SLDB) are automatically tagged with case labels.
The rules for tagging were formed mostly with the information from part of SLDB which
has been tagged with case labels by hand. The report presents the result of the
experiment and discusses problems.
