Abstract:SpeechTools offers a collection of speech processing tools, both as stand-alone commands and as a library of routines. SpeechTools has three categories: commands, utilities, and libraries. Commands are stand-alone commands, which share the same usage (described later). Utilities are also stand-alone commands, which are concerned with conversion data format. Libraries are library function routines, which support a C-language interface.
